haha okay, so enough of that ranting ness, I could prolly go on and on about the documentary, really opened my eyes further on food, and nutrition and etc. I had a really nice weekend, doing work, working out A LOT and trying new recipes for my shakes. lol!
{Ingredients: 300 ml of water, 2 Scoops of French Vanilla Herbalife Shake, 1 small cup of blueberries and 1 banana. It was so delicious. }
{The masterpiece, I usually have a hard time creating yummy shakes with fruits & other additions, but it was really successful for me! haha }
I also got the chance to try this fantastic restaurant called Firefly, its located in Dupont Circle. I loved the atmosphere, it was cozy, quaint and had a really homey feel to it. And I loved their punch of the day, which I can't even tell you what exactly was in it but it had whisky, earl grey tea, and tasted like a refreshing ice tea with a hint of spice at the end. And their burger and fries were to die for, not to mention their beer-battered pickle. <3 Their ingredients were really fresh and really tasted delicious. It was also great to reacquaint myself with old friends, and try a new restaurant!

It is scary what they do with our food in this country. That is why I try to buy local and from local farmers as often as possible. Looks like you had a nice weekend, and that burger looks amazing.
